The newly renovated flat in the middle of San Martino offers you a special place for your holiday for up to 6 people. We have furnished the flat so that we can live in it ourselves for part of the year. This means it is very cosy, has everything you need and is perfect for one or two families. Children's room with bunk beds (also for adults), bedroom, living room with sofa bed and a spacious kitchen-diner. All climbing guides in the valley are available for climbers as well as a bouldering mat, which can be borrowed free of charge.

The flat can be rented from the beginning of March to the end of November for short or longer stays (from 3 days to several months).
March-May: € 89 per night
June-September: € 99 per night
October-November: € 89 per night
Incl. VAT, plus cleaning fee: 60 € per stay
excl. visitor's tax, max. 4 persons (each additional person plus 24 € pP/night)
A maximum of 6 people can stay in the flat.
Cancellation for direct bookings:
up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee. Up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price will be charged. Up to 1 week before arrival: 80% of the total price will be charged.
Check-in from 3 pm. Check-out until 11 am
