We are Anna and Matthias

A few years ago, we decided to buy an old flat in this beautiful part of the world and renovate it ourselves. Why? Because we had always wanted to do it and had always thought about it when travelling. The fact that it turned out to be Val di Mello is more or less a coincidence. But one thing is clear: we couldn't be happier to now call this place our second home. The people, the nature, the sport - everything contributes to the fact that you simply love being here and spending time here. Especially as a small family.

And we want to enable other people to do the same and therefore rent out our flat to like-minded people when we are not there ourselves.

Sustainability

Nature is the reason why we fell in love with the Val di Mello. And why we now have our second home in this unique region. Preserving it is therefore an obvious choice for us. Please join us in keeping it that way. The great thing about a holiday in San Martino? You can do almost everything on foot by bike from the flat. Whether climbing, hiking, swimming, shopping, going for a drink in the evening. You name it.
